Medical device studied for working in the dental medical field. Realized with the collaboration of experts of the sector the planning is simple and intuitive and it allows to effect surgical procedures in rapid times reducing the risks of infections. Studied for being also operational in surgical procedures without producing a meaningful overheating; The compact design, the manageability and ergonomic form make it extremely comforting. The operational programs instantly respond and with extreme precision to the commands of the operator allowing to assemble him all of its attention on the surgical procedures. The panel of command managed by microprocessor, allows to plan the speed of the bur, the value of in operation torque of the selected reduction, the speed of the pump and to select programs with speed and torque previously planned. The graphic Display offers the possibility to follow all the functions of job of the instrument, from the rpm of the bur to the relationship of reduction used. The Micromotor, with varying speed among 2.000 and 27.000 g/m, works in simple and practical way, in every phase of the intervention it is also guaranteed a constant rotation to low speed, in the two senses of rotation and in absence of vibrations. 
Torque control starts  in any moment with possibility of regulation (with contrangle 16:1 the torque varies from 4,8-56 Ncms). The peristaltic pump: regulation flow an inclusive range between 0,175 and 35 mls / min, with possibility of exclusion. The value pre planned of the Pump allows to maintain the such constant temperature to guarantee the correct cooling of the surgical site. The irrigation can be activated and disarmed through the command to pedal. All the operations can be performed with the functionality "no touch", guaranteed by the commands to pedal, with the advantage for the operator not to have to dissuade the hands from the intervention.
